Bollywood’s most famous couples include Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan and her actor husband Aayush Sharma. The pair recently made news when they sold their well-known Bandra party house for an impressive Rs 22 crore. The reports reflected that the couple has invested in a posh new abode in the upmarket area of Worli.
The sources identified that their earlier property in Bandra, was purchased by Arpita and Aayush for Rs.18 Crores in 2022. This 2500 sq.ft spacious property in prime area of Khar West is on the 12th floor of Flying Carpet Tower with four dedicate car parking slots.
During the registration of the property in February 2024, Arpita paid a stamp duty of Rs.1.32 crores with Rs.30,000 as registration charges. The monthly rental yield for the apartment situated near the Bombay Gymkhana, is approximately between Rs.1.75 Lakhs to Rs.2 Lakhs respectively.

Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan got married in 2014, and are blessed with two children. Elder son Ahil is 8 year old born in 2016 while the younger daughter Ayat who is five year old.
Regarding his career, Aayush is preparing for his part in Kwatha, which he co-stars in with Isabelle Kaif. The movie, which was directed by Karan Lalit Butani, is based on actual incidents involving the Indian Army.
